Modern Slavery

Commitment to Modern Slavery

At PLUS ES, we are committed to human and labour rights and to the global eradication of modern slavery in all its forms. The Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth) requires large organisations like PLUS ES to report publicly on their actions to assess and address modern slavery risks across their operations and supply chains. Our Modern Slavery Framework is built on responsible procurement and continuous improvement. It provides a structured approach to identifying, mitigating, and remediating modern slavery risks both in our supply chain and operations.

Risk Management Process

We manage modern slavery risks through a structured framework that embeds governance, due diligence, and supplier engagement. This includes:

Governance & Policies

Our governance framework is informed by key subject matter experts and relevant functional teams throughout the year and is underpinned by policies and processes that guide our approach to identifying, managing, and mitigating modern slavery risks.

Due Diligence & Monitoring

Modern slavery checks are integrated into supplier onboarding and procurement processes.

Remediation & Whistleblowing

Our Modern Slavery Remediation Guideline and confidential Whistleblower Policy ensure a pathway to report, identify and resolve either actual or potential instances of Modern Slavery.
