Metering as a Service (MaaS)
A full end-to-end solution — from meter supply and installation through to ongoing operations and data delivery.
PLUS ES owns the water meters and recovers costs through an annual annuity over the life of the contract.

Data as a Service (DaaS)
The utility owns the water meters and pays for them upfront post installation and commissioning.
PLUS ES manages the rest — operations, communications, and data delivery — for a smaller annual fee.
We also offer the option of starting with MaaS and transitioning to DaaS during the contract period.
